Can you see my CI?

I thought I would post some pictures of what it looks like when I have my CI on. In all the pictures below I'm wearing the CI on the left ear, magnet and ear piece.

Welcome to my Blog

This blog is about my experiences having suddenly lost my hearing at 39 years old. I now have two cochlear implants.

I am currently working as a lecturer in education and a special needs teacher (early childhood). I have two sons and a step-daughter.

My posts are my personal views, feelings and experiences and are unique to me, not all people who are deaf, and not all people who have cochlear implants.

I hope that my posts will help people either having experienced sudden hearing loss, people thinking about a cochlear implant, or family and friends who want to offer support. x
